Refund policy

Upon receipt of your item,  we allow  up to five (5) days to return.  The items we sell are handmade and fragile, while we understand that mishaps can occur during shipping;  we have to adhere to the carrier's 5 day policy.   All packaging must be retained to allow for the carrier to inspect the damage.

Please note that all of our items are handmade. Slight variations in color of stone and wood may appear. No two items are exactly alike. This contributes to the uniqueness of your item and is a beautiful feature of buying handmade.
